Yes please! Sending 2–4 photos helps us understand your pet’s features better. Especially useful for unusual markings or if you want us to use one photo for the face and another for the pose.
Q: What if I only have older or blurry photos?
Send us what you have—we’ll do our best! If we think a better photo is needed, we’ll contact you before starting.
Q: Can I send photos of a pet who has passed away?
Absolutely. It would be our honor to create a memorial piece. Send us the best photos you have, and we’ll treat it with extra care and love.

Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return or get a refund for a custom pet portrait?
Each of our portraits is specially created to match your pet and preferences, which means it's not resellable once completed.
Because of the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal taste.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Here's how we handle returns and refunds:
- If the item arrives damaged, printed incorrectly, or does not match your approved proof, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund.
- If the portrait is accurate to the approved design and free of quality defects, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund.

We take great care in packaging and quality control, but if your order arrives with any of the following issues:
- Bent, torn, or water-damaged prints
- Incorrect pet/name/photo
- Print colors or layout differ significantly from approved design
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Clear photos of the damage or error
- Your order number and name
We will assess your claim and offer a free replacement, reprint, or full refund, depending on the situation. No return is necessary for damaged items—we want to make things right, fast.
Q: Can I cancel my order after submitting a photo?
Yes—but this depends on the stage of production:
- Before artwork starts: You can cancel anytime for a 100% refund.
- After artwork has started but before approval: We can cancel your order and issue a partial refund, deducting only for the work already completed (typically 20–30%).
- After artwork is approved and production has begun: At this stage, cancellation is not possible, as the product is already in the final stage.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible—the earlier, the better.
Q: What if I don’t like the artwork?
We’re committed to making sure you love the final piece. That’s why we provide:
- A digital preview before production (for most products)
- one free round of revisions included
If you're not happy with the initial design, simply share your feedback—we’ll revise the artwork based on your comments before it goes into production.
Once you've approved the final artwork, we’ll proceed with printing or painting, and changes will no longer be possible.
Q:How do I request a refund?
If your order qualifies (e.g. damage, incorrect item, major design error), you may request a refund by emailing our support team within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Photo evidence (if applicable)
Once approved, we will initiate your refund and notify you via email.

Definitely. Please upload all pets’ photos and let us know how you’d like them positioned.
Q: I want a specific costume or background—is that possible?
Yes! You can request custom themes (e.g. astronaut cat, royal dog, fantasy scenery). We love it when customers get creative.

Healing Portrait is a free charitable portrait initiative by Amora. Through art, we gently commemorate animals that were once abandoned, injured, aging, or have passed away — while offering comfort and healing to the families going through pain, grief, or transition.

Q: Do I need to pay for a Healing Portrait?
No. Healing Portrait is 100% free. We believe that for those who truly need emotional support, this portrait carries meaning far beyond the artwork itself.
Q: Is this project also open to rescued or stray animals?
Yes! We reserve a portion of Healing Portrait spots specifically for rescued animals.

What’s the process for creating a Healing Portrait?
1.Once your application is accepted, we’ll reach out to discuss your vision — what emotions you’d like to express, if there are background elements you’d like included, etc.
2.The artwork will be created within 1–3 days, during which we’ll keep in touch.
3.You’ll receive both a digital version and a free 8×10 inch canvas print, shipped to you at no cost.
4.(Optional) If you’re open to it, we’d love for you to record a short unboxing or sharing video once you receive your portrait.
It’s a heartfelt way to honor your bond — and a beautiful way to help others discover the Healing Portrait Project and the quiet love it carries.
5.With your consent, we may also share the portrait and your story on social media to honor this special connection.
